seeks 2 very senior C++ developers with work in a Windows and Unix
environment. Ideal candidate to have tech leadership abilities. Verbal
communication skills must be excellent. This is a contract-to-hire position.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Principal objective would be software development and support for current
products. Create new software and maintain existing software with minimal
supervision. Develop software design with design review, documentation. Utilize
software configuration and debugging tools. Responsible for software
verification activities, which include system test. Create and update design and
operational documentation.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Atleast 2 to 3 years of work experience or more in software development. BS in
Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent, Real-world Microsoft Windows
programming experience with Visual Studio suite, especially C++, Visual Basic,
C programming, and Visual SourceSafe. Knowledgeable of SQL, and/or PowerBuilder
highly desirable, Knowledgeable of TCP/IP, Windows real-time and software
development environments and networking concepts, Familiarity with Oracle and
Rdb environments highly desirable. Requires Proven written and verbal
communications skills, Be able to work in a project-oriented software
development team with specific task assignments and milestones.
